We extended our portfolio by taking over the sales and marketing of the Breathe Right brand and by acquiring the Warz-ab brand.

One Team – One Goal
The two business units Dabso SA and F. Uhlmann-Eyraud SA were merged. Sales and marketing of food and OTC products were to be bundled going forward through F. Uhlmann-Eyraud SA.

Focus on OTC
In late 2024 the company decided to stop selling and marketing food products as of 1 January 2025, and to focus its resources specifically on the OTC business.
