Quality and regulatory services
We offer comprehensive quality and regulatory services to ensure the statutory, regulatory and quality compliance of medicinal products, medical devices, cosmetics and dietary supplements.
Based on an established quality management system, we ensure compliance with all relevant requirements in accordance with the Therapeutic Products Act (HMG), Ordinance on Licensing Medicinal Products (AMBV) and GMP, GDP guidelines and the Federal Act on Foodstuffs and Utility Articles (LMG) along the entire product life cycle. Our services include the control of and responsibility for all quality-related processes, including deviation and complaint management, change control, CAPA management, supplier qualification, quality risk management as well as the organisation and implementation of recalls, quarantines and releases. We also ensure the regulatory marketability of products for the Swiss market, including registrations, product quality reviews, vigilance and pharmacovigilance activities and official notifications.
As the central point of contact to authorities, customers and partners, we also monitor advertising and communications collateral, test ingredients and verify market conformity, qualify logistics and transport processes, and conduct audits, self-inspections and GxP training courses. Through clearly defined decision-making and documentation processes, we create transparency, compliance, and a high level of product safety.
